Hey I just read your book I just wanted to say. I went through depression again not to long ago and if you need someone to talk to I'm willing to listen. If ye dont want to talk that's fine I understand completely. However I hope you find someone to talk to and that you get better. You are strong and I care, sure we haven't met or talked but the thought of someone dying because of horrible thoughts or just the thought of someone going through depression is saddening. So please if you need someone to talk to remember that I'm always willing to listen and hopefully push aside the negative thoughts that you are having.
