My name is Vicky Claerbout and I study Clinical Psychology at the University of Ghent. In 2011, I finished my very first novel: “Absolute Contamination” and I hope for there to be many more in the future. With this novel finished, I will (slowly) look into publishing. If you have any tips, feel free to share them with me. All my life I've enjoyed reading; to me, reading was a way to experience all those interesting and exciting events my personal life did not contain. My theory as to why it took me 20 years to discover my love for writing is that by reading so much – literally one book after the other - I didn’t give myself the time to come up with anything creative. I always had the most vivid and random dreams though, but it is only now that I finally learned to do something with them. Note: if I promised to read your story, rest assured, I will. Just keep in mind that it might take a while. Hey everyone! I hope life is treating you well. It sure as hell keeps me busy. I know I haven't uploaded in a long while and that's because I haven't written in a long while. To those who asked about my stories and when I will upload again, I promise to do so as soon as I can. Right now, I'm in the middle of editing Absolute Contamination, keeping up with things at home, and then there's also exams...again. Guess it's just the life of a student at uni, but that doesn't make it any less busy.
