Hey, so I'm currently contemplating life again...

Anyways, I'm a teen girl who's absolutely obsessed with writing and has been doing it for as long as I can remember, so pretty much from when I could first pick up a pencil and form coherent (or not so coherent, as I look back on my old writing) thoughts. I also love reading stories, including on here, so if anyone has any recommendations (or wants to tell me about their own), just let me know; I'll totally look into them!

I have four total stories, but only three are officially published on here so far.

"Broken Hearts and Broken Bottles" is the first published thing I wrote on here, and is about a psych hospital and mental illness recovery. The two main characters are a girl and a boy, who become friends and each get involved in a romance while trying to stop from drowning in their pain and get better. I first wrote this on my old account, @sophie_virginia_mae; it was called  "Broken Minds and Broken Bottles" instead, but the newer longer and more updated version is on this account.

"the mirror lies" is the second thing I wrote but the most recently published. It's basically just a collection of poems based on mental health issues, especially eating disorders.

My third book is called "The Hatching" and is a horror story about a little girl getting kidnapped by giant, human-eating tarantulas after she wanders off into the woods.

My fourth, "The Long Way Home", is about a high school tomboy who sets out to save her little brother by getting him out of foster care. Her two quirky best friends, as well as a cute girl who is a possible love interest, help her, as she juggles her quest as well as basketball and keeping her family afloat. It takes place in the Bronx and also touches on issues such as poverty and centers around the foster system, family divides, and drama. And of course, per usual, love.
