Taishieka Davis was born in Dallas, TX  on September 4, 1981.  She was raised and resided in Mansfield, LA  with her grandparents until the death of her grandmother in 1995.  She currently resides in Shreveport, LA.  She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at a very early age.  Taishieka is a member of Word of God Ministries under the leadership of Pastor James A. McMenis.   

Taishieka is a graduate of Northwestern State University in Natchioches, LA.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2003 and her Master of Arts in Student Personnel Administration in 2007. Taishieka worked as a Mental Health Counselor from 2003-2006. She worked as a Financial Aid Advisor for a year before she was promoted to Assistant Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships. Taishieka held this position for five years until she resigned in 2013 to pursue her personal dream of becoming an accomplished author.

In 2012 she wrote her first Book entitled "God's Favor Overshadowed My Unfaithfulness: God Waited For Me," published in 2014 by Tate Publishing and was officially  released April 8, 2014.   When she is not pursuing her career endeavors, Taishieka enjoys cooking, listening to music, shopping, reading the bible and spending time with family and friends.
