 Thank you for stopping  by to look, vote or comment  on my poetry or short stories.  
 I have 7 children ranging from age 30 to age 12, who are occasionally my inspiration for my writing . Without their help, my poetry would probably still be languishing in my red binder collecting dust in the back of my closest.  Unlike me, my kids can navigate a computer like a professional captain of a ship. I have to give credit to my 18 year old son, who has created all the covers for my books. He has tried to show me, but I'm still pretty clueless.  I am trying to make friends with my laptop because it is a necessary evil.
I try to write poems or short stories that others can relate to.  My poems are usually straight forward, it usually isn't my style to write mysterious poetry that has to be dissected.
Those reading, might notice that my poems or stories can range from  appropriate poems that are suited for all ages to very adult content.  I like to  diversify  my writing. 
 I will probably never fit in with contemporary modern poets because I enjoy rhyming, though I do free verse as well occasionally just to spice things up a bit : )
