Hello!

I have this question or I don't know if it's so!

What's best for authors in apps like Wattpad, Amazon, e-books and many others on terms of updates for their readers.

One- frequent updates for the book to finish first for the sake of your readers?

Two- slow updates for the progress of your book. Meaning to see the results of your update so far. This doesn't include neglecting of your readers. It's can be a planned schedule of your daily updates.

Someone asked me what did I prefer among these two and I went with the second one.

          Why?

I'd love to make an update to expect something out of it that can push me and give me hope to move on.

But she went with the first one.

Saying she won't have to wait longer.。◕‿◕。 Her thirst can be killed by just waiting the next chapter.

But I want to know more from author's perspectives and readers perspectives.⊙﹏⊙(◍•ᴗ•◍)

@-DreamingFirefly- which is to say they'll wait for you no matter how long you are gone. :-)

@pinkypankkie 2 all the way, as a writer, its important not to be rushed for the best results, nowadays there are a lot of writers who write like 500 words call it a chapter without it actually having any plot or actually good description because readers wanna read what they wanna read.
And it makes me as an author lose passion to write, I know as an writer I don't update frequently, far from it, but my readers are patient and even if I lose some readers, so be it, I won't put out work I'm not satisfied with
