Quirk: Cellular respiration - Converts oxygen and glucose into energy
When a cell is in need of energy, his body will deliver C 6 H 12 O 6 + 6 O 2 and O2 to it via blood. He will then activate his quirk of cellular respiration and produce ATP. The ATP molecule splits off one of its three phosphates, becoming ADP (Adenosine di-phosphate) + phosphate. The energy holding that phosphate molecule is now released and available to do work for the cell. When the cell has extra energy it stores that energy by reattaching a free phosphate molecule to ADP, turning it back into ATP.
