Well hi there wassup I'm here to share love with y'all hope ur all havin a great day coz if ur not just take time for urself and think of what is not right and if u can't fix at the moment it's fine just watch YouTube of Netflix or anything really that distracts u from pain or a more healthy way to cope with it it's to write everything down and then burn it idk wow now it doesn't sound really healthy but trust I'm not a sociopath another way is to draw or to sing or dance it off or go for a walk run so many ways to cope  with negativity hope y'all are all havin a happy 2019 may this year bring u joy and health
