I don't want this to be a typical author "about me" page. I'm just a regular girl, trying to live my life, and writing my way through each day seems to help. My end goal is to be a published author.

I wish I could say I live a simple life in Atlantic Canada. But I don't... Well, not exactly.

I ran away when I was barely 16... With a 27 year old man, I might add. It wasn't my best decision. I am a survivor of every type of abuse. I struggle with it every day. Even now, 5 years later. I was a month shy of 17 when my son was conceived. Living as a young, single mother was hard. I'm just glad I had my parents around to help out. Then, when I was almost 21, my father passed away. So now, it's just me, my mom, my brother and my son.

Oh, and my fiance ... Who is the greatest man I know. My son and I are so fortunate to have him.

Battling with my mental health can sometimes be like walking the tightrope for the first time, with no safety gear.

I am a lover of most things weird. Witchcraft & occult. Vulture Culture. The psychology aspect of serial killers. Horror movies. Ghosts. Demons. Anything supernatural or fantasy related.
