Appearance: Lucia has long light blonde hair and dull indigo eyes. She wears a belted, navy blue sailor top with a lighter blue collar, tie, and cuffs, with a matching skirt, stockings and sailor hat. She wears a Nordic Cross barrette in her hair, and has a detached hair curl that floats independently beside her head.

Personality: Lucia is a very mysterious woman, she doesn't really say much words nor show expression. She's really curious, and also difficult to read. She's really calm most of the time.
