"I have this problem, where, you see, I don't want to judge, I don't want to assume, and I don't want to criticize others. I don't want to prod into their lives and ask questions because I don't want to make them uncomfortable or open a door that they'd rather prefer shut. I keep most of my opinions to myself when the subject matter gets personal because I realize that most don't care about opinions other than their own; I hate arguing over opinions when people treat them as facts, anyways. Overall, if the conversation doesn't have to do with something educational, like discussing a scientific theory or trying to figure out how to solve a mathematical problem, I most likely will not speak during it. And that's my problem. I care too much and don't want to hurt others to the point where silence is my default. I listen and I try to stay neutral because I'm aware that nothing is black and white, there are shades of gray always in between. 
 So, I guess you could say that I'm silent. That my head is just a sound proof box of sirens. I guess you could say that it's just my personality. That it fills me to the core. 
But let me tell you one thing, having a loud mind and a quiet mouth is harder than you can imagine.
