Hi! I'm emsparks! I love to write short stories and poetry. I have tried to write a few books but that's not really my thing. I hope you like my writing!

I guess now I will tell you random stuff about me! Enjoy! (I am a very boring person so this will be weird...)

I am obsessed with old things. Old music, clothes, movies, vintage furniture, everything! I love the 1920's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's all of it! Don't ask me why I just love it! I love Billie Holiday, Peggy Lee, Etta James, Ella Fitzgerald all of it! So that's one thing most people don't know about me.

I am a huge hippy! I love nature and peace and love and all of that! Save the trees! I love music by Trevor Hall and Iron and Wine.
Also, I love animals! Not just because they are cute but because i believe they are our equals and need to be treated with love!

I may write about scary stuff but I HATE scary movies and Halloween and all of that stuff! I hate being scared! I hate roller coasters and amusement parks, they just scare me too much!

I love to study other cultures and mental disorders so i hope to study that in college. I like to learn about how other people live their lives and what they go through everyday. 

I will listen to basically any music except country music. But I love folk and alternative music. My favorite song ever would have to be 'Parachutes' by Trevor Hall. That song always makes me cry! 

So my favorite book ever is Hawksong by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes. She is awesome. If you've never read that book, READ IT!!

One more thing is I love raccoons! Because their little tails are all fluffy and their paws are all tiny and their fur is adorable! I love them!

So that's everything interesting there is to know about me. Like I said I am a pretty boring person...
