Hey guys so I just had to block a bunch of p*rn bots that were leaving links in the comments of my books, primarily my age regression books.
I just wanted to get this out there just to say that if you find any of these while reading one of my books that I maybe didn't get a notification for and therefore wasn't able to delete, please let me know so I can take care of it.
I think I got them all, but just in case I want to make it clear that I am trying my best to keep them out of my comments
@CertifedTrashPanda Exactly! I also write smut, not so much on Wattpad, and I do SW on my own time to make extra money, but having those links dropped in my comments is just violating
@deuce_tiberius same I actually write smut myself but for someone to do this I kind of felt violated and I worried about my readers when I saw then cause I know on my 2 agere stories most of my readers are also regressors
@CertifedTrashPanda for real. I can handle that stuff on my regular fics but it was actually a bit of a negative trigger when it was on my agere books because they’re supposed to be a safe space

I just realized that I apparently like to pick names for myself that people can make fun of really easily.
Like people wouldn’t bat an eye at my name when I went by AJ, but as soon as I told them it was short for Alvin James, I would get Alvin and the chipmunks comments. Like yes, I get it, a cartoon chipmunk also had the same name, can we move on now? (I think it’s funnier now since I don’t go by it but it was annoying at the time)
And now, if I tell people I go by Spike they usually say that they think it’s really cool, but once I say that my real name is Deuce, they usually think of the slang meaning of it and uh… yeah it’s fun. And I mean it did become slang for that because the original meaning is two, originating from the words duos and deux (and meaning devil, depending on the origin) but still, it’s my fucking name. I’d appreciate if you didn’t immediately mention that it has been used to refer to human waste

Most people are brainless idiots who can’t appreciate a creative and cool name like yours. In my opinion it’s the coolest name I’ve ever heard, you like it and it suits you a lot and your opinion is basically all that matters. I know it hurts when people are being bitches about something that is important for you but people will never learn so in these situations all you can do is be the strong man you are. I hope this helps even a bit. Be strong, be you and never let anyone change you. <3
