Lately, I'm into a lot of controversial issues and debates. A few days ago, a Christian University kicked a lesbian girl out and demanded she repay her scholarship. She only had one month left to finish. Can someone please explain how this is okay to me? As someone who isn't Christian and didn't grow up around too many, this makes no sense.

"Weeping is not the same thing as crying, It takes your whole body to weep, and when it's over, you feel like you don't have any bones left to hold you up."

I'm currently working on a new story so hopefully, it'll be awesome. It's slowly coming together, because I have exams and other stuff to deal with, but it'll hopefully be up soon.

Can someone please tell me why this world is so fucked up? Today my math teacher reduced one of my closest friends to tears because she can't speak English fluently (she's an exchange student from Korea) and when she tried to get our mutual friend to translate for her so she could explain something to the teacher for her, the teacher wouldn't let her. My friend has only been in Canada for less than half a year and been studying English for 8 months. Now she most likely will be suspended for the rest of the year and miss most of her exams.

I fell asleep in class because I had been up all night trying to talk a friend out of committing suicide. The teacher whacked me on the head to wake me up and demanded an explanation. When I did explain, she told me to stop wasting my time and focus more on my studies. I've known my friend for almost my entire life and pretty much the only reason I'm still alive is because of her. When I told my mother about my friend, she told me not to talk to said friend ever again because I can't help her and she would 'drag me down.'

Someone, please tell me how it is socially acceptable to make a girl cry because she cannot speak a language and then tell another to let her friend die? If this is the world we're living in, I'm ashamed to call myself human. And what hurts the most is that these things that happened to me today are only the tip of the iceberg. I've seen people bullied and beaten up just because of their sexuality and the clothes they wear. One friend, who is Muslim, had a boy in her class tell her to go and die because she was a terrorist. Women are constantly berated because of their gender and men are viewed as 'weak' and 'gay' because they show emotions and cry when something hurts them.

          Humanity, sometimes you disgust me.

Fly away on wings of blood and broken glass into a sunset of burning dreams, to clouds of shattered dreams and moons of hopeless regret, in hopes of finding a world where maybe, just maybe, the grass will grow a little greener and the sun will shine a little brighter.

A few days ago, my kneecap popped out during gym class and I had to twist it around and pop it back in. The teacher saw me several times and walked past. Eventually, she came up to be to ask why I wasn't running. When I told her she sighed and walked away. FML.
