Lian Harper is the daughter of Roy Harper and Jade Nguyen. She grew up spending most of her time with babysitters and nannies while her father was out being heroic and her mother was either in prison or just being villainous. She took up archery at a fairly young age and later on started using guns that her Uncle Jason got her, which was widely considered a bad move. Eventually she took up Jason's mantle of the Red Hood and became an antihero, using a mix of arrows and guns.
