So...hi!

My name's Amber. I'm 29, live in the United States, in the shockingly(or maybe not so shockingly) unknown state of Vermont!

I've been writing in some form or another for longer than I can remember - it HAS to be close to 15 years now. Maybe longer, lol. I tend to write stuff that's got a decided biblical flavour, though not "religious". Though I'm not Christian/Catholic/Jewish or any other monotheistic religion, I've always found myself fascinated by the religions and belief systems of the world. The lore behind them all definitely interests me and I've done ALOT of research into dozens of religions.

I'll warn everyone who reads my stories now - when it comes to religion and the lore behind it, I take a lot of "writer's liberties". The Heaven and Hell of my stories will not conform to the generally accepted versions - and I refuse to change that about it. All I can say is, if you don't like how I portray Heaven, Hell, angels and demons - don't read! I won't respond to comments bashing my writing JUST because my views are different, and in fact if I can delete such comments, I WILL.

Other than that, I'll read any and all comments though I can't promise to reply to all of them! I love CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, and I truly take all criticism to heart. I will always give all comments and suggestions due consideration; if you have an idea to improve or alter a story, feel free to share it with me! I won't promise to use your suggestion but I will at least think about it!!

Thanks for any who read my stories! The first book will be up in the next week or so - I'm just debating what to start with!!

P.S.,
Just in case anyone got confused, not ALL of my stories have a religious vibe, only some! I write fantasy/horror/"dark" a lot as well; shapeshifters of all sorts( yes even werewolves!), Fae, and tons of others!!

@AuRevoirSimone ikr xD almost makes me want to name one of Chimaira Chronicles(another series lurking in my head, lol) after it. Testament to how much I love that game series lol. And yeah, it can be a b*tch picking up in the middle of something when it's been awhile. Sometimes I can manage it, other times not >.>

@AuRevoirSimone  It's good to be back! My schedule's still a little sketchy atm, but yes! I will have updates for Bittersweet up in the near future :D Not immediately, but soon! After going over what I'd had started for ch.3, I decided to dump it and start over; I kept staring at it and feeling like a total loser 'cause I just couldn't get my brain back to the track it was on lol. So yeah, I figured it'd be better to just start fresh. Today's the first sort-of day off in a week, meaning I'm on duty for a couple hours til my stepsister gets back lol. Once she's here, I'll be working on writing! ;D til then, I'm gonna keep myself occupied with Wildfire(*winkwink*) and/or God of War(the video game, not story. Idk if there is a story by that title on here, always good to specify though lol)

Okay, so I'mma eat my dinner(my mommy loves me and bought me a rather delicious smelling pasta breadbowl that's kiiiiinda making me drool while I sit here reading over what I've written thus far of Bittersweet and a sort-of side project, omg) then I shall return here! If anyone's trying to get my attention, well...Uh, idk what to say, my attention is all over the place all the time so uh, yeah. >.>

P.P.S.,
As an aside, I got snake bites recently >.> A little over a month ago. My stepsister paid for 'em, she got spider bites and needed someone to hold her hand while she got two 16 gauge needles shoved through her lip >.> Who else to do so than someone who's already had one 14 gauge needle through the lip and another through a more...>.> *sensitive* area, eh? XD EITHER WAY. I'm in debate over whether or not I want to take my labret out now. I think all three looks groovy, but some think it looks awkward o.o Thoughts? Opinions? Lawl.
