@Zussage Oh yay! Well thank you SO much for going back to vote!! I truly appreciate it. I'm so glad you enjoyed it enough to make the effort. And lol I got all excited about the short list too! 0-o haha. I had kinda forgotten they were doing one this year since its new. I feel so honored to be on it and appreciate all the reader support I have gotten along the way to finish the book and get it a bit of notoriety. Thanks again!

@stpolishook  Oh yes! I read it a few months ago actually, talked to all my friends about it. When I saw today it made the Wattys short list I got excited, and then saw I never voted on it when I read it the first time so went to go fix that XD. Good luck!

Normally, I don't post stuff like "check out my story". But I really just wanted an opinion on the writing style.  But thank you for the massive compliment. I really do appreciate it. This is a completely new style for me.
            
            I like to look at the last update date before investing in a new story. To see if its still active or not. I might be a bit slow at times to update, as I'm working on another novel as well. (Actually quite the opposite of Entries, lol) but I'll definitely keep updating.

@BarryVosloo Yes, I've read a few that have died in its infancy. I just cleared another two off my reading list, actually. I still keep them in library in hopes they get updated, but I don't like to advertise on my reading list a story that hasn't been updated for four+ months. I'd like to think my reading list is something to advertise active projects people should be interested in.

Thank you! NaNoWriMo is 50K in a month. A bit less than 2K a day. It's not much more than my typical goal, just requires a bit more consistency.
