You say "You're gay," as an insult.

Gay isn't an insult. The definition of Gay isn't "stupid, idiotic, and gross." The definition of Gay is "happy."

What if I said "You're straight." It doesn't make sense. The definition of Straight is "without curves or bumps."

If you're trying to say "You're homosexual," then yes, I am. But I'm not "stupid, idiotic, and gross" for it.

I'm saying "You're homophobic." Because Gay isn't an insult, and you use it like one.

And no, don't say "You're homo," either, because homo literally means one.

I can call YOU homo! You're a Homo sapien! And don't say you aren't, you human.

To say "You're Gay" as an insult is saying you deny love. Every time you say "I love you, bro" or "I love you, girl" to a friend, and you are THAT gender, you're being gay. You're exchanging love with a person of that gender. It may not be sexual attraction, may not be any attraction at all, but you are at LEAST Pansexual by saying that! And no, idiot, you don't have sex with pans when you're Pansexual.

The point is, if I were to say "You're straight" and turn THAT into an insult, and it actually caught on, would you be driven to the point of tears and suicide, committed every day because of bullying using the single word "Gay?"

And let me guess.

You still use "You're gay" as an insult.
