I have been blogging about Gluten Free Living - Health, Fitness, Weight Loss.  In February of 2011 I figured out I was gluten sensitive.  At that time I began a journey of change that has been fantastic.  I feel better than I have ever really and I started to write about the things that I have done to make the transition to gluten free easier.  I also do my best to help others learn how damaging gluten can be for health if there is a sensitivity, intolerance or if someone is Celiac.
