Victor D. Lopez

I am the Cypres Family Distinguished Professor in Legal Studies in Business at Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business. I hold a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law and a B.A. from Queens College, CUNY (English Honors Program - Writing option), and am a member of the New York State Bar, the New York State Bar Association, the Academy of Legal Studies in Business (ALSB), and the North East Academy of Legal Studies in Business (NEALSB). 

I've served as  a reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals published seven law-related college textbooks, four of which were published in the past five years. In the past decade, I've also published more than a dozen articles in law reviews and academic peer-reviewed journals on law and ethics. My non-fiction includes three books of short stories and a book of poems. My first novel was completed in the summer of 2020 and I am in the process of querying literary agents in order to procure a publishing contract with a traditional publisher.
