Hi! I'm Genna! I'm a high school girl. My life consists primarily of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Sherlock, Doctor Who, homework, sleep, and Cross Country running. Some of my other favorite books are the Casson family series by Hilary McKay, The Once and Future King by T. H. White, To Say Nothing of the Dog, Doomsday Book, Blackout, and All Clear by Connie Willis, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee, My Family and Other Animals by Gerald Durrell, The Mysterious Benedict Society by Trenton Lee Stewart, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams... and many more! (I highly recommend you read all of the books mentioned above, by the way.) I started writing when I was about five. My first short story was called The Grassy Hill, and I was quite proud of it (it included illustrations in crayon and everything). The plot was basically that there was a grassy hill, then the wind came and blew the grass away, and then it was a short, fat hill. The end. I know, pretty amazing.
