V.S. Gilligan

Some typical things about myself: 
I am just your average guy who happens to be a hobbyist writer (typical). Inspiration for my writing comes from a conglomeration of my experiences with movies, tv shows, books and other short stories (typical) as well as aspects of every day life (typical). My goals are to create writing that will give my readers a doorway into a new and different world (typical) as well as hopefully find my way into publishers' eyes (extremely typical). 

What I believe is not typical, however, is my work itself, as with almost all original works. Literature is an art in itself. One builds and creates something, no matter how large or small, out of absolutely nothing save a collection of flitting ideas in their minds, and every work that has received genuine dedication and passion will most definitely be a piece that the likes of which this world has never seen before.

Without further ado, I hope you enjoy reading my works as much as I have enjoyed writing them (can't get any more typical than that)
