Tyrell Jordan

I'm an 18 year old high school track runner that was diagnosed with severe depression. In order to take my mind off of the depression, I started writing. I started out with poetry, performing it at my school's own poetry slam. After starting with poetry, I moved on to writing story plots. I originally planned to have them as a movie, but after showing it to people and gaining support, I began turning it into a book. It was then that I discovered that creating stories and writing books made me happy. I spent my nights writing plots, and after two months, I was ready to write. I wrote for months, keeping my work a secret, only sharing it with close friends. After the discovery of WattPad, I put my 6 chapter preview online, and gained more confidence in my writing capabilities. I showed my work to adults at my school, who all enjoyed my story. During this time, I actively  posted updates to my story on WattPad. I'm excited to share my stories with people everywhere, and I hope to become a best selling author someday!
