Hi there! I am the author of 19 books, ranging from historical fiction to cozy mystery to nonfiction and now, to young adult. I love to write ... it's sort of like oxygen to me. I also work as a freelance editor and love helping other authors bring their books to life. I've started writing a series of books for new writers called the Write It Right series, and you can read more about them at www.thewriteitrightseries.blogspot.com I love watching good movies and taking long naps, and I scrapbook when I have the time. I must have Chapstick or something like it while I write - I can't possibly write with dry lips. I also eat ice cubes. I know that's bad, but I can't help it. I know this isn't quite the update announcement you've been waiting for, but I just uploaded a newly edited chapter two of Take My Advice. Check it out - it's better now. :) And yes, I am getting back into this story and will have more chapters soon. :)

Take My Advice...I am in love with the book, really I am! I was just wondering, well are you going to update anytime soon? Or did you maybe quit writing it? Cause it's ok if you did, though I'd prefer that you didn't! I was just wondering... I miss it :'(

Just finished reading Turning Pages and I must admit, it was wonderful! You had me laughing and crying all the way through! I love your sense of humor! You definitely seem like someone I would get along with (especially after reading your little blurb thing - I too munch on ice cubes), which makes me all the more eager to read more of your work!
