The Resistors

This is an account, that is a resistance. We, protest the unjust things that are done to us. Such as the "follower" thing. We want it to be fans again. When you have fans, it means that they are fans of your writing. When you have followers, you just have another random little minion, that you can get on any other social networking site. That is not what watt pad is about. Wattpad is not about being another social networking site. Wattpad is about showing off your hidden talents. It is about being yourself. It is about expressing your opinions and thoughts through literature. It is about getting feedback and encouragement on your stories. It is about reading new things. It is about learning. It is about developing a future career. Wattpad isn't "just another social networking site". Wattpad, is for those of us, who don't fit in, or those of us, who want to meet new people, or those of us, who want to escape. Wattpad is for those of us who dream. Those of us who wish to be an author. Wattpad is the place where you aren't afraid to try new things. To be someone different. To start something great.

We, believe that we can improve this amazing place, if only they would let us. Many of us have been protesting the removal of clubs and the changing of fans to followers, but people have been shutting us down. That violates our rights.

It is part of our constitutional rights for freedom of press, freedom, and we have the right to peacefully protest. And, since we are in an organized discussion, and we are not harming anyone, this is organized. i don't exactly see the problem of speaking your mind!

Wattpad has become like Britain when we were the thirteen colonies. they will be pressing own our opinions, and ignoring us! Literally, they are just sweeping us under the rug. Going around, and deleting these conorsations, shutting down accounts. It isn't right! We just want to know if you stand with us?

We have united internationally. Amazing.
