Write your novel solely because you need to tell its story, and don’t worry about reads, comments, or follows. Yes, it is nice having people read your work, but you have to be willing to write even if no one is reading it. Always focus on improving your writing skills and hopefully readers will come as you improve. With practice, you will learn what draws people in and keeps their attention. Don’t give up!

You can try asking yourself if these constant changes are truly benefiting your story. If they are, then try to move forward from conceptualizing to more detailed planning like character development or chapter-by-chapter mapping.
If making changes isn’t benefiting your story, try simplifying your process. Maybe start writing chapter one with the plans you have (or are solidly decided on) and see how that goes. No matter what, try an urge yourself forward. You don’t want to be suck conceptualizing indefinitely.
