Hello everyone,
          
          I’m sure you’ve all noticed that I’ve been on a bit of a hiatus. I’ve been in university and doing a lot of class work that makes it difficult to keep up with my fun activities.
          
          I was skimming through my notifications here for the first time in a while and saw several threads of rude comments towards my writing and story telling in “Passion on Display.” That fanfic was the first story of that length that I ever completed. It was done through years of inexperience both in writing and in terms of Irl smut. 
          
          I don’t appreciate the cruelty, as I was a lot younger then and I’d like to think my storytelling, writing prose, and overall realistic depictions have grown significantly over the years. (Though you all may not have any recent examples of this yet)
          
          I have had a rough draft for the first chapter of sequel to this first fic, “My Greatest Weakness” for a long time now and I just haven’t been able to get myself to focus on it or any of my other fanfics during this turbulent time in my life.
          
          Being an adult is hard, so is managing time, money, and relationships. I run a small art business and that takes up almost all of my free time that isn’t spent sleeping, eating, or doing coursework for college.
          
          I just wanted to let you all know I’m alive and that I’m working on attempting to finish the chapter of the sequel. I appreciate all of you who have enjoyed my stories and are supportive towards me and my writing.

          Another Update: my life has been growing increasingly hectic and full of many big and scary changes. I’ve been working on chapters but given the content of most of them I’ve been struggling to keep my head up. I hope you all understands hat this is why I’ve had so many delays.

Wow, just reading the first chapter of Passion you can see how my writing got better as time passed. I’m wondering if I should rewrite or edit the beginning of the book or just keep expanding from what’s already there?
