Tracey Koehler is a poet and writer. She suffers from PTSD and depression and has survived a lifetime of physical, mental, and sexual abuse. She also lives with a genetic connective tissue disease called Ehlers Danlos  and a disease of her autonomic nervous system called Dysautonomia. Because of this, she suffers chronic pain and fatigue, and has to regulate her heart rate and blood pressure through medication. She grew up as a small-town Indiana girl, sharing the chaotic rantings of her heart and soul, hoping to inspire others and give them courage strength to live their best life and fulfill their dreams, regardless of their challenges.
