Your not a fuck up your fuckin amazing staying strong is hard thing don't worry about your weight your skin color and your hair all of that is beautiful your personality is amazing I know it's hard I don't know what your going through this this may sound corny what I'm about to say but your going to get through this I'm going to tell you what my therapist told me... "People get rid of pain in different ways you chose to cut yourself the cuts on your skin aren't getting rid of the pain their just pushing it away it always comes back that's why you reach for the blade” sorry if that doesn't help I just want you to know I'm ALWAYS here for you my vms are always open I love you don't forget that okay.

How do you "stay strong" when every part of you hates yourself?? From the skin color, to the hair, to weight, and even personality. The only reason why I'm alive is because we don't have sharp enough knives or any guns. Every time I tell someone they just forget me and leave me with deeper emotional scars. I don't get how I'm suppose to stay strong after all that on top of stressful homework.
