I started writing stories hoping it would make a difference.
It's quite hard to explain: but you see, we might not know each other, but I'm hoping that by the time it takes you to read my words we can actually connect. I want to be able to make someone smile on their worst day just by reading my stories; to make them travel to places they'd never dreamed of before. I want to make someone believe, or simply feel again even if they swore they never would.
I know this may sound silly: I mean-who am I to think that my words can hold such power? But I like to believe that sharing my imagination through writing can help people find pieces of themselves...because, quite frankly, that's what books have done to me.
