@Taelous_Jeon I know right, most of the old authors have left the platform including so many of my good friends. I miss them so much. I did not even understand how in one year everything changed so much, even the dms feature is gone in here so it's hardly possible for us to talk anymore with any privacy :(

Wow, I just got to know about Wattpad's new modification. They are literally introducing updates to lose people. If they decide to delete our pms and also stop ourselves from pm ing , the main reason why Wattpad was used so much would be completely worthless. How are people going to collaborate and write stories, how do they even expect for judges to share their reviews and marks with hosts, how are even things like reading clubs and every other community going to work? Literally everybody and anybody can read posts!
I seriously hope somebody knocks some sense into this app otherwise I feel like my time in this platform won't be for too long.

@1234vidhi Aur dms mein bhi mute aur messages delete karne ka option hai. So yeah, a problem which could have had a simple solution is being given a much more complicated solution which in no time will lead to more problems. A lot of people are on the verge of leaving Wattpad for introducing this particular policy/update already. Anyways have a great day/night ahead :))

@1234vidhi As I said earlier, I apologise if you felt like I was rude toward you because I actually meant to be rude towards Wattpad and not towards any particular person. Aur Haan dusre social media bhi hain connect karne ke liye lekin kuch logon ke paas limited social media access hi hai. And, especially since I am an author who is in collaboration with another author, it will be extremely difficult for both of us to connect in a different social media rather than Wattpad for discussion and writing our story. Your point is valid but at the same time, Wattpad could have introduced a different measure like unknown people cannot dm you unless you give them access or you can permanently block them. Infact there's an option to block people so that could have sufficed. If you see from the perspective of those people who might not have any social media or from community and Author's points of view, apko Mera point bhi valid hi lagega.
