Triggers that I hope you guys can respect and try to remember!(From not bad to the worst)~
-Loud noises (So, if you ever send me something like a video or whatever, please try and make sure it doesn't really loud noises or stuff being smashed)
-Calling me names, even if you're being playful or anything like that please don't... It really gets to me and makes me paranoid about it and will send me into a small panic attack...
-Mentions of ràpe or sexual harrasment. I've... dealt with some things and mentioning those sometimes make me remember it and relive it...
-Suicide or really bad self-harm. This is the worst but it's mostly if you describe the action of any of these because it gets me in a mind set that takes me a while to get out of. I'm fine with talking about it just... not too much or too detailed, ok?
