Hey guys! Just came up with a new idea for a story:
It's a fictional dystopia kind of tale about two childhood friends, one of which becomes the Prime Minister of the UK and the another keeps a record of the new PM's endeavours. However, as the plot unfolds, the new leader becomes mad with power and greed, and the effects of his avarice are seen through the eyes of the diary-keeping everyman.
I'm calling it 'My Friend The Supreme Overlord'.
I'm hoping to get the first chapter done before my exams (finals) begin, after which there will be a month(ish)-long hiatus until those are over. But, for the time being, stick around for the first part in this 'x-number-of-parts' series.
