Hi, there!

What can I say about myself that won't sound lame? Nothing, really, so here it goes. 

My name is Nixie Jave. You can call me Nixie or Nix, whatever you prefer. No, that's not my real name, unfortunately. I, actually, have two pen names, which you can see here on my works and profile itself. These pen names are seriously cooler than my real name, trust me. 

I live in Northern Indiana. I'd prefer Cali.

I love to write about fantasy lands, relationships and dating, magic, coming of age, and supernatural beings. Some of my author role models include: JK Rowling (she is a freaking genius), Kami Garcia, Veronica Roth, Cassandra Clare, CS Lewis, Sylvia Day, Tolkien, Breeana Puttroff (seriously, if you haven't read her series, The Dusk Gate Chronicles, you are soooo missing out)...I'm sure there are many more, but I can't think of them all. 

That being said, I am a lover of fantasy works and if you are, too, take a look at these wattpad profiles and their campaigns @fantasci and @thefaefolk and @noticefiction. These campaigns are made for the writer and readers that feel bombarded by the other genres here on wattpad. They gave us our own areas for promoting our works and reading stories from others like us; so, use it! 

I'm an avid cat lover (but I have a husband, so I can't be called a "crazy cat lady", can I?) I also love dogs, too...oh, what the heck? I love all animals. 

If you give me food and a white chocolate caramel cookie chiller from Gloria Jeans we will, instantly, become BFFs. 

I love clothes and shoes, but I wear pajamas, like, all day. 

One day, I'd like to become an internationally known author.
