Hello, wonderful world of readers and writers! I became a Language Arts teacher because I am obsessed with FICTION and LITERATURE, and I truly believe there is no feeling like the feeling of being lost in a riveting book. Other loves: animals (big dogs, tiny kittens, and anything FURRY), good crazy food from all over the world, and of course, the word “albeit”. I’m a self-proclaimed classics-fanatic (Fitzgerald, Hemingway, Twain, Tolstoy, Shakespeare, Steinbeck…you name it, I know it), but reading the Hunger Games trilogy about 5 years ago got me on the “teen lit train,” and I’ve been on it ever since.
Special shout-out to my 8th Period girls who introduced me to Wattpad this first week of school! I’ve been reading and writing voraciously my whole life, so I’m excited to have a forum where others share my passion. Here we go…
