My name is Marjac, I primarily write poetry and short stories and I am obsessed with reading like everyone else on this site :). I live in California in the United States. I also love to play the Alto Saxophone and sing which is all I do when I'm not reading or writing. Some of my favorite literary works include Catch-22 by Joseph Heller, Candide by Voltaire, My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult, as well as Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys (which takes place during Stalin's control of Russia) and any historical fiction novel I can get my hands on!
