I am a 62 year old mother and nanna and working full time as a secretary. I have always had a fascination for writing and wondered if I could possibly achieve anything by writing - am I good enough?
I have never given it enought time as, like most of us, we are too busy earning a living and taking care of our day to day commitments. My daughter has always had this same inclination but, unlike me, she has done something about it and is taking evening classes at her local college. We have discussed the course week by week as it has progressed and part of her course work is to become a member of wattpad. I was delighted to learn that I could join in on any level to find out whether any of my ideas were worthwhile. It's really exciting, I have been completely absorbed in putting something on paper for real people to read!
I have also read one of the stories which was excellent and there are so many more which are intriguing, I'm looking forward to reading more. I spend my lunchhour reading, so I've got a wealth of choice to turn to.
I hope my stories are a source of interest to anyone who reads them - even if not, at least I will have enjoyed writing them.
