Serving as the practice leader, Ms. Kaspar spent more than a decade as a criminal prosecutor prior to establishing her Granbury firm, and this experience gave her an in-depth understanding of how the justice system operates. She has experience as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney in drafting motions, trying criminal cases, and drafting appellate briefs. She also provides experienced representation to businesses that contract with municipal governments.

Ms. Kaspar's responsibilities include serving as Texas A&M University School of Law adjunct law professor. In this capacity, she teaches the first-year course Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing.
