My'Ja Lewis

When a book is opened, everything about reality starts to slip away. The abandoned house becomes a grand castle. Your imagination becomes anything you want it to be. That's the thing about opening a book. You fall into the world of unknown and you just sit back and enjoy the ride. 

   It's always been like that for me. Reading became my escape, and shortly after that it was Writing. Every time I picked up a pencil it was always a rocky start for me, but then an idea would fall out of the sky and I couldn't stop writing. I noticed, I started creating stories that I never finish. Then it became about Poetry. I always believed that you can express yourself through anything that brings you comfort and I did just that. 

   I posted Equally Dangerous taking a risk and I'm proud I did it. I want my readers to have the experience I have when I read or when I create a new thing. The feeling that if you didn't read the next chapter you'll go crazy. So I worked my butt off to at least reach a point where I knew I could escape into my own book and forget that I written it. I love writing and I want to continue for the rest of my life. I'm happy I pressed Publish. ~My'Ja
