A different world, a different society, a different protagonist , a different narrative.
After six months idealizing the book, I found myself with enough material to finally start putting the project "on paper". But writing the first chapter, I did the following question:
What my book will be different compared to thousands of other works in the bookstores shelves?
It would be my first project actually intended for publication and thus found myself needing to bring something new, because in my opinion, is not enough to simply bring a good story. Call this "difference" is to say that the other works of its kind ever published are bad when we know that most of them are not.
Only need to leave the "more of the same" and so I chose to adopt a different narrative style, in which the plot would be passed through diary entries and email exchanges between the characters.
It was somewhat difficult to "sacrifice" the story I have created with a experimental narrative style, but having written a few chapters and received some feedback, I realized I was on the right way.
The Inner Rig Secret is a book that talks about friendship, intrigue, science and technology, full of suspense while portraying the life of it's protagonist whose goal is simply to be like us.
The whole vast universe created is passed to the reader in a "tapered" from the character viewpoint, due to her weaknesses, is very susceptible to errors. Many leading us to moments of reflection, since it is not always possible to judge her without looking at ourselves.
