Personally I think my favorite part about writing is being able to come up with any idea that pops into your head and to be able to run with it. Letting the mood pour characters out of you that basically write the story themselves. I really enjoy having numerous ideas at once, that way if I get stuck on one piece I can move to a different and maybe even be inspired by piece B to return to piece A.
The thing that strikes me most difficult about writing is knowing how to continue, and to show a story instead of telling one. I really like to have a great idea and try to get all my words out as fast as I can, and the story comes out rushed and not long enough, so it ends unfinished and improper.
