All the stories have a theme and are constructed so you can read each as a separate, as the main plot focuses on the client, with Luke Adams day to day life running parallel, his story runs through the series his relationship with his female assistant Imogen Morrison often lighthearted, sometimes embarrassing! Their interactions also inject some extra drama into the stories as complications inevitably ensue.
Most of my novels belong to the detective genre, but they differ substantially to many other writers as they are plot and character driven, encased in emotion driven by the foibles of the human psyche. The themes and strong constituents create fast paced stories.
