The last one is the 0.10 book, as it's only 20 pages long - but it's free.
The books are all about death. 
Just kidding; there's no such thing as death. 
And no, they've got nothing to with religion. 
My hope, I suppose, is that they are all, to some extent, liberating. 
Who Cares and Lazarus are literary novels, if I may describe them that way. 
But all three books (and the booklet) aspire to enabling the reader to have no fear of death.
And no fear of life.
