Bio:
Gilda is an aspiring new author. Born into an Italian American family in New York. She is familiar with many different cultural standards. Gilda loves travel, dance, and music, and has many hobbies. Gilda holds a bachelor's degree in organizational management and healthcare administration. She continues to be a lifetime learner specializing in mental health. Gilda plans to go forward with a doctorate degree soon. Gilda's wisdom, perception, and determination for life will expect you to read and enjoy her first published book On the Other Hand by Gilda. She anticipates to further add additional titles to her library.

Influences and life experiences with adventures make her the person and full-fledged woman she is today. While growing up she will always say that A Tree Grows in Brooklyn had the biggest impact on growing up as a bookish little girl in New York City. But then, because she is a human being of this generation, the novel written by Margaret Mitchell, Gone with the Wind also had a significant impact on her childhood. She must have been just about 10 or 11 years old when she read the thickest book in her mother's library wall of books.  She remembers her mother saying, 'You picked quite a book with many pages to keep you busy for a while'. She didn't know exactly what she meant by those words, but I know the story she read was very much to her liking.  After reading the whole book she was inspired to become an author when she grew up. Lo and behold she did just that too.  Gilda writes under her pen name Gilda. Stephen King's Pet Cemetery shaped a lot of her early high school nightmares. And The Phantom of the Opera was her first big fictional crush (which probably explains a lot about her personal life).  Her published book currently is titled, On the Other Hand, by Gilda.
