Derek McGrath

I am a writer from West Virginia (which kinda means unless I'm writing something about the state I will never get discovered unless I spend a lot of time covering up the fact I'm from West Virginia). I work a full time job to support my family and my career. Other than that I'm the typical cranky, somewhat backwards, bitter, married-to-a-artist-type, fantasy and horror writer. In all reality, not that cranky or bitter, but the backwards part makes it seem that way. Anywho, check out some of my writing; I try to keep it fast paced, throw in some humor, a decent love story or two, and of course, a nasty, evil, shadowy, threat to the world or at least the city has to be around.
