Silliness aside, I'm a writer... or at least I tell myself that. I've been officially writing off and on for several online magazines and websites for a while now, but I figured it's high time for me to finally write out the stories that I've been half-assing for years now. Nut up or shut up, as it were.

NaNo is the kick in my rear to get on the ball this year, and I'm starting with a major overhaul / rewrite of a story that I wrote back when I was in middle school. And when I say overhaul, I really mean it. The characters are different, the plotline is different, the tone and theme are different... The only thing that remains is the basic throughline of "Atlantis." 

So boom. Let's do this.
