@Chef-Leppard yes of coirse.  Im only awake a few hours a day (night times) so my time is taken up trying to eat properly.
            
             Complicated story but I’ve lost too much weight from not getting enough food.  I’m between and half stone and 8.  My comfortable weight was considerably more.  Frailty is visible from it, plus years of sleep deprivation.
            .  
            
            I will try.  Im setting up a petition of my own too, so its a cram for all things.  Was kept awake yesterday by drilling from bedtime 08.00 until about 11,45.  By that point my trauma .. has me in high adrenaline panic, exhausted but unable to trust that my bedroom will be safe.

@Chef-Leppard I typed John Taylor after finishing a story about Cam/ren as even though the story was cute, i have no idea of her music.  Different times.  Give me a Duran Duran story, well written and I’m engrossed ..past bedtimes.  ☔️☕️
