I never even watched the show but someone said the ‘good ending’ from the original show where timmy turns into a conventionally attractive chad has him repeating all the mistakes his parents made towards him. But despite this people still say this was the best ending for him just because he’s attractive. Being ugly cancels out happiness in their eyes

@findthestars_  generally when there’s human error it was made before the plane was in the air and not by anyone on board

@findthestars_  usually it’s down to mechanical error either boeing was up to their old tricks again or the planes werent being maintenance regularly or the maintenance guys just werent as vigilant as they needed to be. Pilots are generally extremely good across the board in crash cases and rarely cause them that often its usually either equipment failure or just sheet bad luck

            with rollercoaster crashes it's almost constantly down to human error
