I have total respect for a good horror writer. I love zombies. 

I love indie music,  And of course classics:
Bob Dylan, The Format, Artic Monkeys, The Decemberists, The Smiths, The Fratellis, Cage The Elephant, Beach Boys, Collete, Soul Train, SOAD, Sleigh bells, Lykke Li, Vampire Weekend.... pretty much anything that's makes me feel good :)
