Growing up, I loved nothing better than getting lost in a good story. I was that "weird" kid who always carried a book with her and would read any chance I could get--even if it was only for a few minutes before the bell rang between classes! 

Fantasy and horror are my favorite genres but I'll read just about anything. (Heck, I've caught myself reading shampoo bottles in the bathroom!) I began writing short stories when I was six and Arwen T. Ravencroft is a pen name I thought up as a teenager, intending to use it specifically for horror anthologies.

I write for a broad audience with a slight leaning toward the YA crowd. My forte is the very same which I love most to read: fantasy and horror.
